Terms, Conditions and House Rules
Payment: The booking requires a non-refundable holding fee of $50 which will be deducted from the total amount due of this invoice and once cleared into our bank account, the booking will be considered confirmed. The total amount due (including the deposit credit) must clear our bank account before entry. Refundable Security Deposit: the deposit will be refunded into your designated bank account within 7 business days from the hire date less any fees associated with repair or make good if damage occurs. Cleaning fee: a $60 cleaning fee may apply for dirty dishes/cutlery/cookware/glassware and unordinary mess such as stains and spills. The fee will be deducted from your security deposit if required. General vacuuming and mopping and bathrooms are excluded from the cleaning fee and not required on exit. Entry: you will be granted a unique pin code that you can share with your guests at the commencement of your event. You are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to your booking stat time to set up the space. Please phone AJ on 0413 339 259 or Erin 0401 657 890 for any entry or support through your booking. Do not leave or force front door open. The end time end on this invoice is the time the premises must be in order and exited. The door entry code will not work after this time allotment. Elicit drugs and disorderly behavior: if you or any of your guests associated with your event is considered intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or disorderly behaved, the entire event will be cancelled and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. No smoking or vaping in the premises as smoke alarms will be triggered and you may be required to pay the fire brigade call out fee. Noise and music must be kept to an expectable level and to council regulations. Any payment such as deposit or total amount due is considered acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
