1-6 people = $310 +gst per day
7-10 people = $400 +gst per day.

Booked days are fixed to the specific weekday(s) and may be transferable to other days subject to a minimum of 24 hours notice, availability and approval.
Non-refundable, including if a booked day isn’t used or not transferrable to another day that week

Step into Galloway Arms, where we're flipping the script on shared workspaces. Nestled in a revamped 130-year-old Victorian hotel in Collingwood, our studios blend old-world charm with a fresh, vibrant vibe. It's not just about privacy and security—it's about fostering creativity in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Located smack bang on Johnston Street, we're surrounded by cafes, public transport, and the electric pulse of Collingwood and Fitzroy.

The Galloway Arms is a fantastic creative space. Not only is it conveniently located in the heart of Collingwood, but the entire space has been lovingly renovated with unique rustic charm.
We were using the edit suite at the Galloway Arms to cut a feature documentary.
We had a seamless workflow and the friendly team at Galloway Arms were always standing by ready to help whenever we needed it.

What a beautiful place to spend the majority of our day. Studio life at Galloway is more like spending time with your creative family, than working in a shared office space which can sometimes be a little individual and stale. Landlords, AJ and Erin, do their absolute best to ensure the work environment comfortable by creating communal spaces with killer design.
The other businesses within the space are equally fantastic, and whilst we are all busy, the occasional drinks and Christmas dinners together are always memorable.
Merry People
So much character and filled with natural lighting, eclectic walls, whilst still maintaining and complimenting original elements of the 100+ year old building that is so iconic in Collingwood. Great convenient location near the freeway and PT, plenty of coffee options within walking distance, plenty of parking options in the area, short walk to Smith Street for the best food + pubs and cocktail bars for those cheeky after work drinks.
The owners have been so lovely and accommodating for our team. Could not recommend GA (and AJ and Erin) higher!

Room3 Film
Room3 is a boutique film and media production company specialising in documentary storytelling and creative media for humanitarian and social impact organisations. Founded in Melbourne, Room3 works globally with NGOs, international organisations and changemakers to produce meaningful, high-quality films.

Room3 operates from a quiet first-floor studio with natural light and minimal external noise, approximately 3.1 x 4.3 metres, well suited to small teams of 1–4 people.
Tender Trap
INDEPENDENT RECORDING STUDIO & PRODUCTION FACILITY
Tender Trap is an independent recording studio and music production facility working with artists across recording, production and sound development. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and strong creative community, the studio supports musicians and producers in bringing their projects to life.

Located on the ground floor at the heart of the building, the studio measures approximately 4.3 x 6.2 metres and is a character-filled space purpose-built for sound recording.
Floodlight Agency
Floodlight Agency is a creative studio working across branding, strategy and design for businesses and organisations. Their team develops thoughtful, strategic creative that helps brands communicate clearly and stand out.

Floodlight operates from a north-facing first-floor studio overlooking Johnston Street, a naturally light-filled workspace of approximately 4.8 x 6.3 metres, well suited to small teams of 4–8 people.
